Reservations

We recommend you schedule your massage treatments in advance. Our reception will gladly assist you in choosing the treatment of your choice.

Arrival

We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment in order to complete your health assessment form and relax before starting your treatment.

 

Health Conditions

All treatments are carried out subject to completion of our client consultation card, which you will be required to complete on arrival. Please advise us of any health conditions that may affect your treatment.

Pregnancy

Please advise us if you are pregnant as some massage treatments during this special time are not recommended. We have a prenatal massage treatment that have been specially designed to help with all your needs during this magical.

Cancellations

As a courtesy to other guests, please provide 24 hours’ notice if you must cancel or reschedule your appointment. Less than 24 hours’ notice of cancellation will result in a charge of 50% of the treatment price.

Late Arrival

Appointment times must be adhered to. Should you arrive late, your treatment will end at the appointed time and full payment must be made.
